RETURN & REFUND POLICY — PATIL FOODS Effective for orders shipped to: India, United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and all other countries we serve.
RETURN WINDOW
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery for all destinations, including India, USA, UK, Canada, and any other country we ship to. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
WHAT CAN BE RETURNED
We accept returns for both defective/damaged items and non-defective items (change of mind), subject to the conditions above. We also accept exchanges for eligible items.
Non-returnable items:
- Perishable food items that have been opened or partially consumed
- Items used or damaged by the buyer
- Requests submitted after the 7-day window
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

We will review your request and provide return instructions. Please pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using a trackable shipping method.
RETURN SHIPPING & COSTS
- Returns are processed by mail
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items (see below)
- There are no restocking fees
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the item
- A brief description of the issue
In such cases, we will cover return shipping (if required) and offer you either:
- A full replacement at no additional cost, OR
- A full refund
In most cases, we will not require you to return the damaged item.
REFUND PROCESSING
Once your return is approved or a refund is initiated:
- Refunds are processed within 7 days of approval
- Refund will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, card, or PayPal)
- Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 5–7 business days to reflect the amount
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Contact us immediately to cancel:

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS — NOTE
For international orders (USA, UK, Canada, and other countries), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs/import fees on returned goods, except in cases of our error or product defect.
Key changes made:
- Refund processing updated to 7 days (was 3 business days) to match Merchant Center
- Added explicit mention of exchanges accepted
- Added all countries with a future-proof “and all other countries we serve” line
- Added International Buyers note for customs/import clarity
- Aligned non-defective return acceptance per your Merchant Center settings
- Removed restocking fee references (confirmed no cost)
